I’ve been to Milwaukee many times. We decided to try this place. I would never go back to this location. I had to contact IGH directly due to no communication from the manager. IGH did ok and gave 20k points. Here what we had to deal with: First the rooms were not ready at the 4pm check in. When I did get the room, it still wasn’t completely done. Do not stay here, this place is most definitely gross. You’re greeted with a cigarette smell the moment you walk in… And surprise, that follows you all the way to your room. I had to go to the front desk and change rooms and hope that the next one wouldn’t smell like smoke. It’s still did. Some of the smoke detectors were ripped off the walls, the place is in poor repair, and the pool, of course, is out of service, like everyone else mentions. No breakfast but given 15% coupon for restaurant. That will cover the tip. There was not advanced notice, the pool was out of order.
