As a Diamond Elite member I have basic expectations when I stay at IHG hotels. The furniture in my room was fairly new, could have been better cleaned. Dark carpet was dirty with thick dried stains around base of bed. Bathroom was in good condition. Shower head was filthy prevent strong stream of water. After soaking in Dr. Pepper it was better.(This is a hack I use frequently to descale blocked up shower heads.) The amenities or lack of working amenities is where the quality rating goes downhill. Our time here was wonderful! Jessica at the front desk was beyond helpful and accommodating! Our stay was great but the customer service is what really pushed it over the top! We will be returning again!

Highend hotel prices for motel experiences. Carpet is at least 30 years old. Lots of crumbs under and on pull out sofa.. Gym is barely holding up. Pool has closed for at least several months. No one answers the main hotel phone line. How does this place meet IHG standards?! Only reason this place got a second star was because of Jessica on 2nd shift

Hotel itself was okay. For sure not worth what I ended up paying for 2 nights, but okay. I had originally planned for two nights, realized I would technically be okay doing one night, and I tried to contact the hotel to cancel my second night, 3 days prior to my stay. I went on the booking.com app and requested to change my dates, and sent them an email. I received no response, no call or email. Nothing. The pool and hot tub are out of order and probably never will be fixed. The people that work there even said to me "the owners are never up front about the pool or hot tub because people will never show up to this dump" I hope the owners go broke and have to live in these piece of garbage. IHOP and Applebee's would be smart to leave this place quickly.
