Nicely located next to a golf course and with a restsurant thats familiar couldn't be better.

Hotel is not staffed well. The night manager did the best he could by himself with a totally sold out night. Pool was closed for some reason. So much potential here but way understaffed. Great location but needs some love.

Wish it was at least worth the money but it was not. After checking in and experiencing issues I read reviews. There are alot of the same we experienced. The pool and hot tub appear to be in perfect working order but we were told it was closed due to maintenance. Reading reviews, this has been the standard answer for the better part of a year. They add on a Amenity fee of 12.95 and don't tell you while reserving it. No holiday in has done this to me in 29 years a platinum member. BOGUS! Attached the reservation VS actual. The whole purpose an American hotel and a uniformity you used to is gone! Now you have to call them to verify ever time you stay in a hotel like Las Vegas?

I’ve been here for 2 nights, my TV isn’t working, the internet isn’t working, everyone understands but no one does a thing, to add to it all, the person at the front desk was so very callous and frankly rude when I brought this up to them for the second time in 3 days/2 nights. What a joke for a hotel…
