Just arrived at Holiday Inn Miami Beach-Oceanfront and already blown away. Haydee at the front desk is a legend, she welcomed us like family and made sure we started our trip in the best way possible. If every hotel had a Haydee, traveling would be a dream.
Giving 2 stars for the excellent valet service. Disappointed to find out about construction at the hotel during my stay. My room windows were covered in plastic so no great view of the ocean. I was woken up early with load banging noise from construction outside my window. Not a quiet and peaceful stay. People should be informed of construction before booking. Not good service for a vacation.
We stayed for one night after a cruise. The property is older with nicely remodeled lobby, restaurant, and rooms but very old elevators and corridors badly in need of remodeling. The recognition for Diamond Elite members is exceptional… we got an upgraded room, early check-in, and late check out without even asking. Kaira in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was good. Would return for a short stay if in the area again.
