Pretty new hotel and very basic. Room was clean but small. Breakfast was nice but had less options than I expected. By expected, I mean I thought there would be hash browns. Location is great for inner city shenanigans. I think I’d rather pay $20 more and go to the Crowne Plaza down the street or $100 less and go to the express though. I don’t think there is a need for this hotel in Melbourne, I don’t see it lasting long. You have to ask for toiletries, why they aren’t in the rooms anymore? Who knows.

Second time staying here and both times had been fantastic. Perfect location and staff are always exceptional. Room has also been great both times. Can’t fault it at all! Only one suggestion - maybe a guest laundry for those that prefer to do their own laundry. Will definitely be back!

Having stayed with ihg group since past several years across several countries, I had a bad day here. Probably the staff and the backstage manager did not handle things professionally. Sent a sorry note later but the damage had been done. That’s typical of hospitality industry.
