Really great location & super clean rooms. Staff were friendly, especially the GSA Wenky who checked me in. Buffet breakfast was nice & also love that the hotel is right next door to the big mecca. Will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends & family. I would recommend signing up for IHG membership as it makes a late check-out possible if they have availability on the day. 🫶

ABSOLUTE SCAM & DECEPTIVE TRICK! Disgraceful Management Exploited My Trust! Do not trust a single word from the front desk or management at this hotel. They are trained to use deceptive sales tactics to rip you off, especially if you are an international traveler. I arrived here around midnight on June 2nd, fleeing a horrific experience at another hotel. I was freezing, completely exhausted, and dragging heavy luggage through the night. Love this hotel. We have stayed here twice now and i love it. Location is brilliant, the decor is soft and welcoming, the rooms are new and spacious. The beds i find very comfortable and the pillows are even labelled soft or firm. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
