If this was a 1 star hotel I would definitely give it 5 stars but for $120 a night and $12 for the same breakfast buffet you can get for free at other places, I am beyond annoyed. They did not clean our room and nowhere is there a sign that they don't clean "for the environment." The air unit in the room could not be run because it sounded like a dump truck rolling through an airport. The water didn't get super hot. The pillows were nice and they have free lobby coffee and water.
Overall quiet please with the quality of the hotel and the room. We stayed in a king room with the jetted tub. Definitely a great space and we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel left beautifully cut roses, a box of chocolates, a bottle of champagne, and a voucher for the restaurant inside. Since I wasn’t expecting all that in my booking, I decided to call the front desk to make sure this was intended for us even though our room number was referenced on the envelope of the restaurant voucher.
