Shuttle from airport was quick, clean - no wait. Got to our room and it smelt musty, and damp. Used bathroom and toilet paper was drenched, looked up and mushrooms were growing out of the ceiling wall and shower. Now understand why it smells. Tun has mushrooms that fell from ceiling as well. Black all over bathroom ceiling..ceiling bubbly - looks like it will cave in. If it wasn't so late I would have moved hotels. We got a new room 2 floors up. No odor and no water. The service was not great. They did not clean the room. I requested towels and the trashes to be dumped and they brought towels. They didn’t knock and the never dumped the trash. The carpet is saturated with dirt and there is a sticky film on it. The comforter was ripped. Microwaves are not standard here so to warm your food you have to go to the lobby.
