Everything was good service the people working there all good. Breakfast is good too.
Booked this place for a few nights for a wedding and the service was terrible. The front desk was rude and not helpful. When asked to speak with a manager, they were always unavailable.
Room door lock malfunctioned and hotel refused refund after reporting safety issue. 20 mins after check in After expressing to the front desk lady that when I leave out my room the dead bolt does not move and The door handle won’t move it the door is jammed she said she would come up and look at it , she told me she she got up there the door was already shut and I was not the one to shut it raised a huge safety concern. Courtyards are already well know for being a great hotel. This doesn’t need a review . But I will say great location for Kemah.
