Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Waited over an hour to check in because the lady working did not know how to check someone in from a third party reservation. Once she finally got ahold of someone and figured it out she charged us for incidentals and then again did not know how to do that either. Completely rude the entire time and did not once attempt to be accommodating. Never again.
Not worth 200$ a night felt like I was in the ghetto, bad atmosphere water leak that smelled like sewage had to move to another room,just a bad feeling dreadful place. Will never stop there again.
Staff was really friendly. Hotel was clean. Don't waste money on the breakfast!
