This place is extremely clean and the rooms are spacious and very nice. It was convenient to Marshall University which is why we were there. I would highly recommend staying here.
Our son graduated from Marshall University in May, we stayed at the Delta Hotel which was very near the venue. Our family had the Delta staff cater lunch for 25 people in the meeting room. The room was very nicely set up, the food was delicious, and the service was on point. Our server Sherma and chef Val both did an excellent job!
Excellent customer service
This Delta hotel has become the Sprit airline of hotels in Huntington WV. At $400 per night we expected a better experience. The hotel was sold out for Marshall University graduation across the street Saturday morning . Almost everyone in this hotel had to be up and at graduation by 8. When we checked in at 3 and went to our room, we immediately knew the room was not for us based on the party next-door. 5 big girls in one room - i went to the front desk asked for a different room.
