The pool is nice. Hot tub jets did not work water was cold at times. Room has curtains you cannot close the flood lights are pointing into room all night.
I have stayed in this hotel multiple times. The rooms are comfortable, mostly quiet, fixtures are in good working order. The hotel is clean and the staff has been friendly; however the series of blunders for my Sept '24 business trip is inexcusable. I checked in on a Sunday night with a 5 day reservation. The event, for which I traveled, was on Tuesday afternoon. While at this event, I noticed missed calls from the hotel and a voicemail. The room was ok and the maid service was good. The staff has absolutely no clue what there doing. You can stay here of course just understand you will not have hot water and you will have to expect mistakes from the staff. If you dont shower then its ok. Paying 15 for cheap breakfast is absurd. In a couple years expect it to be a drug den
Overall hotel is nice but very outdated and needs to be upgraded badly. The rooms wouldn’t look so bad if the maid services were better. No hot water in my shower was definitely a negative. The furniture needs a deep cleaning along with the carpet and wooden floors.
