I really liked it! The bed was what I imagined. The breakfast was great and delicious. You guys have to come to this place!
Horrible experience throughout my stay with management seemingly unwilling to acknowledge the issues. 1. Requested a crib two days before check in and later called the day of my arrival to ensure it was available— arrived at 6:30pm, with no crib in room. Requested it immediately and asked them several more times— but it arrived at 8pm. Trying to unpack with a toddler and infant is really hard without a crib 2. The 2 star rating is purely for the staff as they were all professional and nice. The buffet breakfast was yummy and the buffet staff were excellent. The hot tub was closed due to “entrapment”, when their website (and Expedia) advertised a hot tub. All of the corners in the rooms have not been vacuumed in YEARS it looks like, each corner is filled with thick dust (gross). Literally you have to get new keys every single day. I’m not even joking. And there’s no free breakfast like literally any other holiday inn. It’s $20 for person. The only “free” part about it is kids eat free. Not even the parking is free.
