The front staff were great, VERY helpful, considerate, compassionate, and just plain pleasant to talk to.. I had to unexpectally extend my stay and they were able to accommadate me. Thank you LADIES, sorry I didn't get your names, my mind was all over the place, but you know who you are❤️ thank you
Loudest AC I've ever heard, like an airplane waiting on the tarmac. No breakfast anymore?? Seriously? And no Bible? IHG is not a family oriented business. It's definitely not a comfortable place anymore. The cabin I stayed in at Birchwood Resort in Cadillac was better equipped and more comfortable that this Holiday Inn.
