Came here to get away while our flooring was being redone - was wanting to stay for the pool so kids could relax. Checked in and found out there is no pool as advertised. This is very unfortunate.
This hotel feels brand new. Big roomy rooms and really clean!
Heather at the front desk was so kind, and helpful in booking my rooms for the night. She was patient and had such a friendly demeanor throughout the whole process. I will definitely be stay here for any future visits to Waco.
