5 Stars – Impeccably Clean and Wonderfully Comfortable! We had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn in Vincennes, Indiana! It was our first time visiting, and we came to surprise a friend for his birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—so friendly and helpful. Great location on North side of Vincennes with an excellant room rate. Several restaurants and gas station nearby. We stayed at 5 different Holiday Inn Express hotels on this trip and all of them had extremely cold common areas. The temperture was really uncomfortably cold in this facility as well. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Vincennes, Indiana, on July 6, 2025, in Room 127. After a long day of travel, we checked in around 8–9 p.m. The hotel appeared clean and well-kept, but we quickly discovered the toilet in our room did not flush. We reported it to the front desk, and although someone came to “fix” it, the issue was not resolved. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was majorly comfortable with extra pillows. The amenities were full sized and the staff was very friendly and accommodating!! Highly recommend.
