Super friendly staff! We stayed for two nights while hiking and fishing a few spots around the area. Convient location, breakfast was always hot ready and attended. The rooms was clean and comfortable.
Good hotel in a convenient location. Rooms were clean and organized, though Wi-Fi could be better.
DO NOT stay at the Poconos Holiday Inn. My family had an absolutely traumatic experience here. My grandmother was suffering from internal bleeding and needed immediate help, and the hotel staff would not allow my mother into the room to assist her during the emergency. It was horrifying and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the condition of the hotel was disgusting — there was visible mold inside the refrigerator in our room.
