The lady at the front desk was very rude, I will not be coming back to this location. The room was okay, the bed was poorly made and there were black hairs all over the bathroom floor..if I could give this hotel 0 stars I would!

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was extremely disappointing. At check-in, I was given room 309, which apparently does not even exist. I had to go back to the front desk, and the employee changed it to 323 without even apologizing for the mistake. When we entered room 324, the room was clearly not ready. Great location across from the Dakota Dome! Manager Sarah was extremely helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable! We'll be back the next time we visit USD!

House keeping isn't that great with their job. There were crumbs between the beds, crumbs on the counter under the T.V., hair in the tub, and when asked to do a clean only took out the garbage and clean and dirty towels. The kitchen staff left food in the oven/stove to long so it was hard and flavorless and the treadmill didn't work.
