Water was cold, asked to move rooms or fix they never did. For 200 a night I wanted hot water.

11-27-24 Feels great in the room, mostly clean and comfy, but personal security issue with the door, (in the picture) gap is big enough to see the hallway carpet and shove something size of a pencil thru it, and the room is very close to main lobby. Also top hinge is breaking away. Informed front desk.
Clearly they have contracts with large companies and the government that drive up the price as they were likely at 30% full and yet the price is higher than an IHG property 5 miles from Disneyland.
Professional and helpful staff, clean rooms, and didn’t experience any issues whatsoever
