Breakfast was horrible. Received unauthorized charges on card after stay and staff was extremely unhelpful. Holiday Inn, once a respected, nice hotel chain as a whole, has really gone downhill!

Terrible management. I have stayed there four times in the past year and had one night that I had to cancel unexpectedly. I understand they have policies, but when I call to speak to the store manager, it took me three weeks to actually get a hold of her. I never received a return call even though the management at the front desk was passing along the notes. 1 They changed me to park in the parking lot. 2. Put me in the noiest room they had. 3 treated me like I was a total moron because they girl at the counter doesn't know how to do the key right and when I told her it doesn't work she re did they key had me follower her to the room and said you have to lift up on the handle. You don't think I didn't try that, and who does that fix your door. 4 the coffee creamer was spoiled and they started cleaning the coffee machine while we were trying to get coffee for breakfast.
