Hilmar Cheese Co. These guys make the best cheese! Last Christmas I bought some cheese for a small get together and everybody raved about how good it was. Since then, I only buy Hilmar Cheese.
Great selection of cheeses made right onsite. This is a great place to visit to try new cheeses and see how they are made. It is a company that has been serving the area for years and offers a fun day for the family. They have samples to choose from as well as many interesting items to purchase relating to the dairy industry. It makes for an informative adventure as well as a delicious one.
Cheesy Hilmar Cheese Co is a fun place to spend a couple of hours. Take the tour, have lunch and take a nice little walk outside.

We did not stay here. It was probably really nice.....it costs $159. Plus tax a night! Outrageous!
