Excellent customer service and check in was a breeze. Staff are awesome! Very clean room.
After a much delayed flight from Mexico, we checked into this hotel at about 1:30 a.m. and had to leave for our next connection at 5:30 a.m. The shuttle efficiently got us to and from the hotel. Our room was very new looking, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The night manager - Ashley - deserves a special shout out. He was there when we arrived and when we left. Very clean and modern hotel close to the airport. Offers free breakfast.
Welcoming check-in by Rosie at reception. Upgraded to king room with views of runaway. Breakfast standard Holiday inn express fare but with more sausage choices. Safe, coffee maker, fridge, and iron and board in the room. Guest laundry on 2nd floor, decent size gym and pool on first floor. Shuttle (about 10 minutes ftom hotel) every hour and half hour from post F3 Terminal 1.
