5 Stars for Roman!! Very convenient location, shuttle to the airport, and great customer service. Roman was great, he really went above and beyond to make sure that are stay was as good as it could be. Would definitely recommend this to others if they are flying out of Toronto.
We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport (South) for six days, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very clean, smells fresh and comfortable. What truly stood out was how accommodating the staff was throughout our entire visit. The airport shuttle service was also highly convenient and made traveling back and forth stress-free.
