They took my deposit for supposedly "destroying" towels. First of all towels are generally a wear item and wear out over time plus we had to use them to wipe up the floor after a shower as no bath mat provided. Then the only way to find out why they kept my deposit was to reach out to customer service and they took a month to get back to me to let me know why they were keeping my 100 dollar deposit. I wont be staying here again. If you stay here maybe bring your own towel to save losing your deposit.
