Terrible customer service. Won’t be back!
Although the hotel itself seemed nice, the incident with the front desk left a very bad impression. My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Wesley Chapel on Saturday, January 31st and Sunday, February 1st. Even though we are from Clearwater, we decided to stay overnight because the tournament ran from 2:45 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 p.m. and approached the front desk to ask if it was possible to check in 30 minutes early, or at least leave our luggage, since we needed to head straight to her... read more
hotel was very nice very clean had free breakfast and accommodated me front desk was very pleasant and welcoming fast check in and out was easy the front desk even made me a member so I can get points for my stay I will be looking forward to my next stay here I will be returning thank you for an amazing experience.
First time in Wesley chapel came for a family event very beautiful hotel free breakfast and amazing customer service very clean as well comfortable bed and quite area we have a family event every year and will definitely recommend to others
