Had a short stay but it was fabulous. Instantly welcomed (at 1am!) by a super friendly staff member who even helped me figure out my trip to the airport in the morning. And the lobby smelled really good! It’s s minor detail but really important :) Our room was super modern and beautiful- literally something you’d expect out of a fancy-pants resort or upscale boutique hotel in New York City! The bed was super plush and the fridge was actually a really great size for a mini fridge! The little kitchen area was well stocked with coffee and tea and the bathroom was also modern. Powerful shower head and plenty of soft towels. I really felt like I was staying in luxury. Super sad I had to leave so early would of loved to snooze a bit longer in that dreamy bed! A must stay if you are in the Seattle or Tacoma area!

Wow, the folks here are so helpful and nice! I came in late and they checked me in super quick and with such a great attitude to be working so late. I realized when I walked into my room how lucky I was to find this hotel. The place was in great shape and very new looking. The bathroom was sparkling clean with a recently remodeled shower. They had a great little gym down in the lobby too. I had a great experience.

This place was great- it was newly renovated, so everything felt brand new- beds, pillows, sheets, all very nice and comfy. Rooms also came with Keurig and mini fridge. Also there’s a pool and hot tub on the premises, which is a big plus. Can’t forget the free breakfast either, good selection and much better than the continental stuff that I’m used to.

This place is great! Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, pool and hot tub open 24 hrs. Everything feels new and spacious. I wish all of our stays were like this! 🙌

They do not honor their online prices! I called to book a room and they refused to honor their online price of $81 per night and told me their rate was $241 PER NIGHT! Ridiculous! I’ll stick to choice hotels from now on.

Amazing! The rooms were recently redone, so everything was up to date and clean. The gym was great, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfy. What more could you ask for? We stayed for two nights and my only regret is not being able to stay longer. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Tacoma!
