Extremely disappointed in our stay. I hadn't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before and was told to try it. We got there tired and just wanted to go to bed. Our AC wasnt working and the bed sheets were stained with something dark brown in several different places! It looked like dried blood from like a finger print. I called the front desk and they were reluctant to help (he didnt believe my sheets were stained with dried blood) but said he would be up anyways with fresh linen. 2 minutes later he comes up and tells us "I hea... read more
Very nice, friendly service, clean rooms and good breakfast. We would stay here again. Only complaint would be odd odors - the hallway smelled (2nd floor) and the room smelled a bit musty, but otherwise we still enjoyed our 1 night stay.
Carmen at the front desk is amazing and very helpful ! I had an issue with a card and my travel department. Carmen was very helpful and caring. Thank you , Carmen
You could probably get better AC by paying someone to blow through a straw in your general direction. If you're trying to sleep, this hotel ain't it unless you're used to sleeping in a sauna
