Brittany in front desk exceptional great customer service I be last Monday September 22, 2025 the hotel is very clean, excellent group of employees I'll be there from Monday to Friday recomended 10 of 10
Asked for tub, got a room that didn't have one and they promptly fixed the issue and offered me a room with a tub. The best staff and I will come here every time just because the staff was so great. Hard to find great customer service and this place has it.
Good cleaning staff. Breakfast is enjoyable.
Nick at the front desk really made our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Southgate awesome. From check-in he was super friendly, and you could tell he was running the desk and handling a lot but still always made time for us. Every time we came downstairs, he was already moving toward the desk to help. I even called about a lint roller (not a normal request) and he went out of his way to check, then apologized when there wasn’t one. His positive attitude and effort definitely stood out and made our stay way better.
