Housekeeping should try to do a little better job. There were dirty towels left in our bathroom from the previous guests. Super gross to have to move someone else's washcloth. The floor looked dirty. Water temperature was never consistent. It would be burning hot then cold without even touching the dial. Good location. It was right off the interstate. Overall the hotel seems newer. The rooms were nice and clean. Service staff were friendly and efficient. We rented a king size suite with pullout sofa bed and king size bed. Bathroom was very nice. I do wish the tub in the shower had grips on the floor or something because you could slip and fall very easily if you're not careful. But that's just me. There were plenty of desks and tables to play cards, eat or do business. There's a small business center downstairs and breakfast area. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but it was palatable. We stayed at this hotel for a night and arrived late at 1 AM. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, which was great after a long drive. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The best part was that the hotel is right off the highway, so we didn’t have to drive all the way into town—super convenient for a quick stop!
