The rooms are nice. Both elevators were broken. Overall the experience is mediocre especially at the price we paid for the room. Breakfast is terrible. Poor selection and not much to eat. First day the staff forgot to place some food items into the buffet. Third day I told the staff that the pancake machine needed refill but it was never refilled. Just seems like the place was charging high prices for just so so service and decent facilities.
I recently stayed here while attending a wedding nearby, and everything about the hotel was perfect. They allowed us to check in early so we could get ready, and even helped with some last-minute clothing ironing! The room was modern and super clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The common areas were bright and welcoming, with plenty of spots to sit and talk with other guests. Breakfast the next morning had something for everyone—pastries, eggs, fruit, and fresh juice.
