I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times with good experiences. The time in question I was charged double. They did give me a refund but no receipt was given. I need a receipt to fill out my expense reports. I have emailed and called multiple times with no results. I talked with Darlene, who was wonderful I may add, she said the general manager would call me. Weeks later and no call. I’m not sure what I should do at this point to get the receipts. Is there a district manager? Corporate manager, that can help me?

Be aware that this hotel restricts the air conditioning in the rooms. They set the thermostat at what they think is comfortable for you. Won't stay here again.

Hey guys if you are staying in the rock hill area this is the hotel to come to. It is very clean and mostly quite. The staff is amazing. I met the hotel manager Shannon and she is extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel is right across from Walmart and the are a plethora of restaurants in the area. Not to mention there is a chillies that is a 1 minute walk from the hotel as well as a nice movie theater. This is definitely a good choice.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked every morning, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Stacy at the front desk — she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Her friendly smile, helpful attitude, and attention to detail truly made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this
