The staff was very helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to help.
The hotel is nice and has a fresh breakfast every morning. The cook person has always been friendly and attentive. There's a different lady this morning who had gone by the tables to make sure everyone has what they need. She's really gone above and beyond. The room is nice but the bathroom door doesn't stay open. That's a bit annoying when it's hot and humid in there and the AC doesn't come in. BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!! We stayed in the handicap accessible room and the bed was comfortable and room was spacious but it all goes down the drain when your getting bit during the night!! When I told the lady at the front all she said was “sorry” then starters typing away. Then she said she gave me a $20 discount and 1000 points. Then she said “anything else I can do”. I was enraged!! Everything was almost 100%!! BUT as seen in pics very disappointed with the work out room! First the water was broke and no water bottles even offered them the remotes were missing or the TV just wasn't hooked up to wifi period. It was a pretty small workout room like 4 pieces of equipment! There is a pool but it's pretty small for the motel-the hot tub seems almost as big as pool!
