This place is clean and the front desk lady was really nice. This hotel does take pets not just service animals.
Very nice hotel
I want to take a moment to highlight the service of Helen at the breakfast bar. What a gem she is to guests at the holiday inn here. We can't say enough good things about the way she took care of us and all the others around us. I expect we all wish we could take Helen home with us. The staff at check in was also very good! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Pueblo holiday inn and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I only wish my husband had reserved us a king sized bed! But that's entirely our fault.
