Absolutely zero of the outlets work. Good luck charging a phone or anything else
Be aware, if you are local, you will not be able to stay. I did book through a third-party and lost out on my money. Front desk was Rude. When Asking how I could get my payment back.
Helen, in the breakfast area, made my day. She is so friendly and kind. Makes sure if you need anything, to let her know. Great representation of IHG. The towels and washcloths are so thin. I was expecting a little larger and fluffy.
Stayed over night in Pueblo to attends sport events at CSU Pueblo. Clean rooms and staff, and Ella the breakfast lady was great. Will return in the future.
Pleasantly surprised at the 5 day stay and our time here. It was pretty good.
