We had a negative experience being checked in. She almost seemed to not believe we had a reservation made by CLC. was not friendly or helpful in finding a way to get clarify our situation. I had to call and have CLC call her and she ten realized everything was correct but the " print was too small" for her to read so they needed to resend an email. Then I went to use the indoor pool , that is 3.5 feet deep all around, and I was told I needed to wait for a shaperone from the hotel to babysit me while I stand in the pool. I am... read more

Beautiful view of the river, which was a quick walk across the street. Delicious free breakfast. Very clean eating area, food area and room. Single serve fresh brewed coffee was outstanding.
This Holiday Inn Express is a bit of a mixed bag. We booked our room block here for our wedding, and some of our guests complemented us on the quality of the hotel. Its proximity to our venue (Factoria at Charles Point) was a bit plus as well. However, working with this hotel and it's manager was the biggest challenge we had in the wedding planning process.
