BEWARE: Unauthorized retention of security deposit I am extremely disappointed with the financial conduct of this IHG property. Upon check-in on March 12th, a $100 security deposit was charged to my card. Despite checking out on March 14th and being promised a refund within 3 business days, the money has still not been returned (today is March 21st).
