I stayed at the Owings Mills location multiple times in January, and while some staff members were kind and professional, the overall experience—particularly regarding cleanliness and management—was unacceptable. Long story short, I booked here, stayed and left. Book again ended up with the same room after someone else stayed in the room and I returned and saw the same bedding with the same stains on the bed. Breakfast offerings poor! No milk, pancakes or Cinnamon buns. When asked where is above we are out. Will not stay @ this location again. PS don't count on good breakfast 🥞🍳
Second and not the last visit we'll be making to Owings Mills. Everyone, even those who had to work on Christmas Day, was wonderful. And Fort Washington, PA could take lessons from staff as well as make their coffee as good as Owings Mills.
