A hotel’s minimum responsibility is to honor its bookings—this place failed at that. If you’re looking for a reliable and respectful experience, avoid this property entirely. I had a confirmed and paid reservation, but upon arrival with my 3 children, I was denied check-in without a valid explanation. HORRIBLE service!! May want to bring your own towels BYOT🤣 So we stayed for 2 nights and the 2nd day they did not bring us new towels or wash cloth’s. So I went down at 7:00 pm to ask for towels as we had been at a softball tournament all day. The worker said I am sorry we don’t have any!! I said well we have no towels and I have to have towels. My most honest review. It's not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. My room was, "ok". The AC's auto feature did not work, so I walked into a warm and stuffy room. I set the fan to on and cool and things were, again, "ok" from there. Over a 2 week stay, my room was not cleaned, but my towels were replaced. I never asked anyone to clean my room and are fairly certain that if I said something, it would've been addressed. Breakfast was as advertised every morning, and honestly, it was not bad. This stay was terrible and not worth the price. The pull out sofa had no sheets & was disgusting. The hotel “ran out” of clean towels for my family, the fridge still had food in it. Will not be staying here again.
