My favorite hotel to stay at in Montgomery. I never stay anywhere else. Prime location near tons of large retailers and plenty of options for food. The entire staff is wonderful, especially Vanessa and Tameka (hopefully I spelled it right). Always a pleasure to stay here.
Had a wonderful experience staying here. I had an issue with my original room being too noisy and Caleb came to the rescue. He was kind, attentive, and had superior customer service.
Holiday inn has police license plate cameras in their parking lot!
Very disappointing stay. I found a live cockroach inside the bed, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and pest control. I immediately took photos and reported the issue, but the response and resolution were inadequate. No guest should have to deal with insects in their sleeping area. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel until sanitation issues are properly addressed.
Rooms are ok, one thing for sure shower was dirty ( hairs on it), no hot water in shower. Breakfast advertised 6am, only until 6:40 was open. Too expensive for 2 star hotel. Sure will avoid it for next time.
