I met the manager while at breakfast and Ms Latimore was friendly, approachable, offered her services if we needed it, very pleasant and funny.
It was the worst time I have had at a hotel in years. It's private owned and operated and it shows
The sink was stopped up the entire time. Housekeeping could improve on professionalism and per to person communication. They seemed nonchalant and bothered. We stayed 3 nights & they never cleaned or changed bedding. Front desk was very professional.
