Had a lovely stay here! I want to brag on Ms. Valencia! She had the complementary breakfast JUST RIGHT. Very sweet lady. Ran into GM Nick and it was a pleasure speaking with him (very accommodating). I can’t leave Erika out! She checked us in and assisted me with a couple items I left at home! GREAT VISIT! Thank you to the staff!
Body wash empty Toliet ran all night Not enough towels based on my reservation Wires hanging out of the bottom of A/C Water pressure was weak Not enough toliet paper There was pee down the side of the toliet All in all this is the worse Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at!!
Mold issue. One night w/taxes over $160.00 Room 301
Room was basic, breakfast was basic, but the service was rude and continued to tell me what was on websites was not there!
