Great experience. Check in was easy! Brittney is very welcoming and professional. Beyond professional, also knowledgeable about the hotel and area. She engages and wanted to make my stay perfect! She is wonderful! I will definitely come back!
Let me tell you something! Brittney is 100% CLASS! The greeting, was spot on! Made us feel welcomed, and we were tired from travel. She made absolutely sure we had what we needed down to an iron/ironing board in the room. We saw her several times on her shift, and she asked if we were comfortable. They have roaches !!!! Been staying here whenever I visit the area since 09. I knew it was an older hotel but it was ok. Stayed this past weekend and now in addition to being older, they have roaches. Discreetly told GM and asked them to spray. She said they would. Went out for the day and came back to an uncleaned room with them dead roaches right where I left them.
