Not up to typical Holiday Inn Express standards. Room not clean and needed maintenance that a housekeeper should’ve reported. No coffee maker in rooms as you’re expected to wait in a long line at the Costa coffee machines in the breakfast area. Breakfast mediocre as compared to other HI Express we’ve stayed at. Stairwells need a good cleaning, too. Just not what we’re accustomed to at a HI Express.
O hotel fica longe do centro, mas o preço vale a pena. Quarto amplo e limpo. Não fizeram a limpeza do meu quarto. Cafe da manhã deixa a desejar. Não tinha half & half para colocar no Café. Teve que abrir uma embalagem de leite. Um desperdício. Poucas vagas para estacionamento acessível.
So I stayed at this hotel for about a week. The staff were very welcoming and were very professional and personable. I did like the room I had a lot, it was clean and felt like a freshly updated hotel. My mini fridge did make a loud buzzing noise throughout the week but I quickly fixed that myself with a little adjustment. I didn't leave a door tag on the door for privacy but did realize that the room was not cleaned throughout my stay. Just checked in, was greeted warmly by Tyler. Check in was quick and easy, and my room was clean. Great hotel!
Wonderful experience Professional attitudes ,Bright Smiles from the front desk check in to the Housekeepers anything we needed extra such as dish washing liquid,towels, toilet paper even the laundry room was clean and the dryers dry your clothes so good. Everything was so clean and organized.Even being Pet friendly! I recommend this out of town establishment to anyone because I felt at home.
