We stayed here last night and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and the service was great. The housekeeping service was working hard this morning keeping the place spotless and the nice man keeping the breakfast area clean, stocked and enjoyable was hustling non stop and very pleasant. They were quick to assist us w a key issue when could not access the pool area. Our kids were very grateful! We will be back any time we need to stay in the area. Susan is at the front desk tonight and she is REMARKABLE. There was an issue with my reservation and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me in a room for the week. She was exhausted from a crazy weekend here and yet she was extremely nice and empathetic about my situation. Susan is the ULTIMATE Customer Service person I have encountered. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, SUSAN !!!!!!!
Rooms clean, lady on morning shift that use to work there was awesome! Had breakfast area ready. Ppl now have no clue, wait till last minute to get things ready. Area is great. Has shopping and eatteries walking distance
Good breakfast, small pool, nice hotel in a nice area.
