I HIGHLY recommend looking for another hotel to stay at. Mr. Lamalfa is nothing more than a thief. They charged us for TWO rooms (one as a no show) because of a mistake made by their employee Torey. She made a second reservation unbeknownst to us. The manager Deborah said that Mr. Lamalfa refused to refund the charges for the no show without further explanation!
Horrible Customer Service – Hotel staff are rude and disrespectful. Even the owner is arrogant and unreasonable. If you are looking to get in and get out with no contact with the staff then I recommend this hotel, otherwise it is not worth the insults and stress.
