Staff super friendly and accommodating Pool nice Wish breakfast was switched up however it was good always
We stay at HIE almost exclusively. This one was disappointing Manager on duty was helpful and kind. Mattresses felt worn out. Comforter thin. Towels thin and scratchy First floor rooms need sheer panels added to diffuse visibility and light. The solid shade had stains like champagne had been sprayed on it. Shade either open where parking lot and passersby could look right in Breakfast was passable

Very poor service. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the pool was green and dirty, and the breakfast was awful. The management does nothing to maintain the property. Very disappointing!!
