I checked in at 10:30 after driving all day to get rest but the room above me was so loud it was as if they were playing a game of football!!! I called to the hotel front desk twice, the second time to get moved to a different room and they refused and just said they would talk to them. The beds are ok but the pillows are awful!!! Then front desk the next morning refused to discount my stay just offering points to my preferred membership. Not acceptable Food was subpar also!!!
Bad highway traffic made arrival long and difficult
The staff check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. It was equipped with every modern convenience that you would like. Would recommend this to any traveler.
Great room and great people. Breakfast was great also.
