Room was really comfortable, great location. Breakfast items; eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits were all cold. HUGE noisy party til 3 am sounded like it was right in the lobby. Lots of yelling, sounded like chairs and tables being knocked over. Called front desk 5 times but never got to talk to anyone except one time he said "hold on" and never came back. Too bad because it was a really nice room in a nice location.
Rooms are fine, beds are comfortable. Showers aren't great and tv was too small for the size of the room.
I've needed to travel more recently, and this hotel stay was much, much better than my stay at a rival hotel. The Holiday Inn Express was impeccably clean, comfortable, and the employees were incredibly kind and personable. Their breakfast was much better than the breakfast I was served at a rival hotel. I love the tea selection and biscuits and gravy. Thank you for a refreshing sleep on our way through!
