Room was fine, breakfast was fine. Time to leave and needed to speak to front desk attendant. Except there wasn’t anyone. Kind maintenance gentleman attempting to help but can’t. Said “everyone is gone.” Waited a long time for someone to arrive to work at the front desk, and she rolled in cranky. Very unfortunate.
No hot water during the New Year Eve holiday.
