This is everything I want from a hotel, but even cleaner and with friendlier service. The beds were super comfy, breakfast was great, parking was easy, and location is safe and perfect for a roadtrip/quick visit to the Pigeon Forge area. The elevators were down during our stay, which was really no big deal thanks to Randy. He was super accommodating, reaching out multiple times in advance via both email and text to let us know. The staff was great, the location is a parking lot of an Outdoor World. The most important thing the bed was old and springy. This hotel did not live up to what I expect of a holiday inn express
This place is highly recommended! Great staff n comfy beds n super clean rooms! Ya’ll definitely will want to try this place!! Hubby, kiddo, and I stopped here after driving till 3 in the morning! Two nice double soft clean beds awaited us after a nice hot shower! I give ten stars to everything including the breakfast!!!
