The staff was always super friendly. My children loved their heated indoor pool. It was very clean and maintained throughout the day. Rooms were exactly as advertised. The staff did a wonderful job keeping not only the inside but outside of the hotel clean at all times! Only 2 downsides and neither is worthy of knocking a star rating off. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast buffet which was more than adequate & wide variety. ☕ Machine is great. Brand freshly ground for each cup of coffee
Great place to stay.
Had a great stay before heading to Dollywood the next day. Staff was wonderful, indoor pool was awesome for the kids, and husband loved walking to Bass Pro from here. Rooms were clean and only a 30ish minute drive to Dollywood from here depending on Pigeon Forge traffic.
