My stay was absolutely horrible. The cleanliness was not acceptable. The employees lacked training and were very rude and the Manager that runs this hotel has zero customer service skills. She is very rude and disrespectful and I do not know how anyone trust her with their establishment. My first and LAST time ever giving Holiday Inn a chance. The motel down the street would have been half the price and probably would have provided better service than they did here.
Clean, quiet, and the a/c worked. I felt safe and comfortable staying here for a night.
