Hotel it self was fine, rooms were decent and generally clean. My biggest reason for this one star is money was taken from my room by one of the maids. It wasn’t in an obvious spot that it would be a tip and it was a larger amount than one would consider a tip. General manager did nothing but an “investigation” which obviously ended with the maid not admitting to it. The maids also do a poor job of cleaning your room, often skipping making the bed and taking out the trash.
This is now my 3rd visit to this location. My rooms are always comfortable, clean and spacious. The associates of the establishment are warm, friendly, inviting and very professional. They made our stay a pleasant experience. Best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. It is also conveniently located close to the highway. We absolutely love this hotel. And, will be back again in the future.
