Stayed here on an impromptu trip and everything was great! Rooms were clean and tidy and Nakita at the front desk was great! She was so friendly and even recommended us some local sites to check out! Definitely recommend!
Fridge in room didn't work and outlets were hit or miss to working- Nikita is awesome!
Room was fine, bed was nice, bathroom was rated for handicap access so the shower tended to run water out onto the floor (their's a drain) but I suppose that's expected. Nice hotel, no complaints thus far.
As Platinum, bad experience. The pillows were mold inside, smelled so bad I had to throw them far from the bed. Reported it to the receptionist, even the general manager intervened. Promised points compensation, never seen one in two weeks. I called twice, twice said that they would fix. Nothing. I feel scammed.
