I have stayed in this hotel twice for Lost Lands Festival & will be staying here again fore sure. This is one of the nicer hotels in the area. The rooms have always had comfy beds & are clean as well as the check in process is smooth. Only downside is that ubers are harder to get in the area & long wait times plus the venue is about 15 minutes drive.

I am writing this one-star review to warn prospective customers about the terrible experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Heath, Ohio. While the front desk and service staff were helpful and tried to resolve our hot water issue, the General Manager, Joshua McLaughlin, was extremely rude and condescending. He used foul language in the lobby in front of children and called the police to have us escorted off the premises, falsely claiming we were threatening. DO NOT STAY HERE** 3 days (and counting) in a row without hot water. Wifi is slow and constantly disconnects. Rooms are moist from the humidity. 10/10 worst hotel experience and I work all across America. Owners should be ashamed of their horrendous pick in management.
