I had a poor experience at this location. Arrived at 8pm and the rooms were still being cleaned. Finally got my room and the bathroom and floors were filthy. Since the staff was already irritated and I was exhausted I just crawled in bed. Returning after a long day of work around 5pm to the same filth but my bed was made. I don’t think they clean the floor, toilet or tub. There was the previous occupants razor cap and hair still in the shower on day two! Usually love my HIE, but management here fails the customer service test. My room has no way to control the temperature, except blind luck. The control unit has a problem, in that the liquid crystal display that you rely on to see numbers (and modes) is so faded, you cannot tell what is happening... if you press a button to turn the temp higher, the screen turns blank blue... maybe you turned it up a degree, maybe not. Very spacious rooms that are kept very clean. Front desk (Roxanne) very professional and very courteous!! Esther the cleaning manager is on top of her job and makes sure rooms are well taken care of!! Plenty of parking and easy access to restaurants and shopping.

This IHG property is the worst I've ever seen. Dogs running around the back area. No one at the front desk most of the time. Disgusting rooms and lobby area. Breakfast was old and dry. My card got charged twice and then another 50 dollars at 2am. Tried to speak with management, but no one was ever available. Ill stay down the street next time im in the area visiting my son at Denison.
