Great hotel, front desk and management were fun and helpful. Housekeeping was a little slow, asked to have my room cleaned and the housekeeping manager was rude about it and reeked of cigarette smoke. I also asked her for towels and she ignored me and walked away as if it wasn’t her problem. Other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for Mopar. Everything was terrible. The front desk was lazy. Sitting down always. It seemed like no one knew how to do anything without getting approval from their boss. The shift manager was doing diamond sticker paintings while she was supposed to be working. Later i saw her and her "friends" partying in the pool and smoking marijuana in the car. Canceled, never stayed, still kept my $176.31 — GM hung up on me and sent me in circles between IHG, Expedia, and third parties. I booked what I thought was the Holiday Inn Express front desk, but I was unknowingly routed through a third-party booking service. The agent assured me I could cancel before check-in without penalty. I canceled in advance, never checked in, and even got a cancellation number from the hotel’s own employee.
