Mac did a great job helping with needs to get transport needs covered.
I had a very disappointing stay. The biggest issue was the condition of the shower. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly just felt unhygienic. It was bad enough that I had to request a room switch, which was an inconvenience I shouldn’t have had to deal with in the first place. The Front Desk Staff was helpful and assisted with my concern.
