I have been coming to this hotel for over 15 years. They have a great staff, it's always super clean, the beds are great, and the breakfast is just a touch above the normal Holiday Inn Express.
Shuttle does not start until 6 am. Our flight...530 am
Room was dirty (carpet and sheets), bathroom was dirty (hair on floor and in shower), the whole place was old and stale. Thought it was a safe bet being near the airport as I had already left another holiday inn express north of this one because it was a truck stop hot spot and worse. I stay in this chain of hotels at least once a week for work and this one was not it! Someone tried to come into my room in the night. Never again staying here.
Amber at the front desk was absolutely incredible and I would love to see her again
The staff is phenomenal! No amenities and real stingy with the towels? I am just using them, you can gave them back, trust me!
