They told us that they were gonna call the cops on us if we didn’t our CHILDREN out of the pool the by the MANAGER we weren’t even there for 5 minutes an they said we can only have 8 people per room an in the pool he was VERY AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE not only towards the adults but kids as well
Would stay again. Room clean. Breakfast average hotel buffet but that was expected
It was fine. Like other Geneva places, they charge like they are located in Manhattan. The vrbo and air BNB are worse.
Booked the Holiday Inn thinking it is in the area of the place I was visiting. Within 24 hours I tried to switch to another Holiday inn in the same location for the same dates. They would not do it. would charge the entire booking as cancellation fee just to switch to their very own hotel for the same duration. worst service. be careful while booking
