We had trouble with our room and Austin was very helpful and polite and made it right. Nice young man!
Hotel has great service. Especially the room attendant, Darlene. She was absolutely amazing during my stay. She deserves all the best. Really appreciated her
How did you sleep last night? Nice enough room. Bed was comfy. HOWEVER, when you spend $210 on a room, you kinda expect the window shades to go down. The electrical wiring all exposed. Very frustrating and shady. No pun intended. Sleeping with the roof lights and hotel signage shining in my face all night was not enjoyable. I will likely not stay at this location again. Very poor. Thank you, Holiday Inn! Insert sarcasm. Super obvious that the owners, or corporation, don't care about the issue at hand.
Austin was very helpful an easy to work with. Will deff be back again
