I’ve stayed at Holidays Inn but this was ridiculous. Elevators didn’t work, I asked when the repair would be completed, they said “Oh no it’s out”? Like how much money you guys charge, you can’t call for repair? I should have been told before I got a third floor and checked in….ridiculous! Front entrance was only way back and in, side doors no entrance. Breakfast, the oatmeal was to the bottom of the pan and clumped not been made fresh was gross. I was irritated.
