Miss Kelly, a true gem, made my stay truly unforgettable. Her warm and professional greeting, coupled with her exceptional hospitality, created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, peaceful, and well-kept, complemented by the outstanding service that made my experience truly exceptional.
Great friendly staff
Do not stay! The elevator is horrible, very loud As a few others have stated you can hear it from your room every time it’s used. This appears to be an issue going on a few months now which is crazy and is inexcusable . The floors of the room are disgusting and we were scared to take off our socks. The grout isn’t colored black, it’s back due to it being dirty. MOLD in the shower ceiling. All around horrible experience and would pay more at a neighboring hotel if in the area.
