Warm and inviting I have had the pleasure of visiting this hotel, and was very happy to see how clean everything was in the lobby and bathrooms.wow I was impressed with the misters that cleaned the air. Definitely will recommend to family when they come into town All staff was pleasant and kind .comfy peaceful spot for sure
The elevator was broken on one side and the side that was working had broken tiles on the floor and made horrible sounds going up and down. When it would get close to stopping it would make a loud bang and the door took forever to open. Even the ladies working the desk said they don’t use the elevator cause it’s scary. The door to our room had to be pulled shut or it wouldn’t latch. Fridge in the room was filthy inside. The shower curtain had stuff on it that I had to wash off. Room was not ready at 4pm for check in had to switch. Then new room door didn't close correctly or lock, Manager was rude and unhelpful will not be staying here agail
