We are please on our first night the TV was working and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was ok we had hard time making the pancake work, the worker was nowhere to be found and there's no one in the front desk. Their coffee is cold and one time all the coffee thermos was empty and the kitchen worker is not there we have to be knocking on the kitchen door to see if someone is there. I am a regular at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. This one was very disappointing. First, they overbooked, which means I lost a room I booked. Which was not great, but also not horrible as they put me in a one bed with a couch bed (pull out). The room had something going on in it. IDK if it was dusty or what, but myself, my girlfriend, and my two boys were all congested and snotty the next morning. I sprayed lysol spray the next day and that second night was better. I recently stayed at the hotel with my family for my daughter’s tournament and we had such a nice experience, especially during check-in with Jalai. She was attentive, polite, and friendly from the moment we walked in and even offered to help us with our luggage which meant a lot after a long day. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept, which made us feel comfortable right away but was a little hard to find.
