All the Service desk and other employees were very friendly and helpful.
Remethia says she’ll call regarding roaches in the room…..still waiting. We’d like a refund but I guess her customer service skills with management don’t allow her to do that! We had to leave at 2 AM because I am not staying with roaches! And every single ice maker was out of order!!
The Hotel in Forney is quite a distance, though it served the purpose which it was supposed to. It seems to be in an isolated area, where especially at late hours, anything can happen. When making bookings, it wasn’t indicated that the rooms had adjoining doors, which I’ll have to say was a bit of an inconvenience, because the lodgers next doors were noisy. As for breakfast, it was a bit monotonous, same energy. It could have been better, but you go with what you have. Half a loaf is better than none. I just think Hotels sin... read more
Comfortable, friendly staff, helpful. Clean
I travel a lot for work and I could say that this is a clean Holiday inn. And the morning manager Elizabeth gave me tape to fix a book I had in which the color had been ripped off, I would consider that five-star service.
