Decent stay for the price. Front desk was never actually staffed, had to ring the bell for assistance. Room was clean and much larger than expected. Plenty of pillows and temperature was easy to regulate. Breakfast was pretty good but it seemed like they were trying to stretch the gravy as it was pretty watery, and I don't think the pancake machine was working. This hotel is a mess from the front door in literally. The Front door had a cup on each end to catch water from ceiling. When we get in the 1 working elevator it was not stable and certainly didn't feel safe. Then we get to our room and I notice 2 Big stains on the carpet. We notice that there is Big crack in the wall and water damage by the coffee maker. The room has a coffee machine but they only give you 1 decaffeinated pod. I have been traveling commercially for 6 hrs stayed at over 1000 hotels and this place is garbage there's broken tiles everywhere doors missing door handles hot hallways and both elevators are a death trap i wouldn't use one of those elevators if I was in a wheelchair I spoke with the desk staff amd they agree this location Is awful and poorly maintained my room was clean and beds were made but that was about the only good thing to come of my stay upon my stay both elevators are put of inspection date by almost 2 yrs if u ju... read more
The room was just okay nothing great. There was damage throughout the entire hotel that seems to be just looked over. Little to no water pressure in the shower. Both elevators were broken for a good 30 hours of our stay. Pool looked dirty and not maintained. Breakfast was okay with a broken pancake machine and stale bread and no eggs in the fridge. Please put some love into this place. We've stayed here more than once because it's VERY close to what we do in the area but it's been steadily declining.
Can’t believe a big company like this. Do not have washer and dryer working. they should at least have a sign in the front saying out of order I would never ever stay here if I knew that.
