Not a clean hotel and the pool is out of order they don’t even let you know when you check in , you find it by surprise 😳 . I wouldn’t sleep here with my family .!!
The rooms were not bad at all and they were clean, I will give them that. The hotel itself looks nice but there are obvious signs the owners are tightwads who are looking to save a buck rather than keep the hotel to IHG standards. No Holiday Inn Express, I've ever stayed at has these problems. Only one ice machine for the entire hotel, the rest are not working. Only 1 elevator working and it was scary, noisy, and clunky, The room was ok but wear and tear is winning. TP hangar was falling off the wall. Bed was clean but janky. Luggage cart was impossible to steer. Pool??? Why don't these operators realize that they need to reinvest some of their profits into maintaining and refurbishing the hotel? Hire people that are qualified to do things right, pay them fairly, hold them accountable, and voila, your hotel stays nice and you make lots of money.
Great breakfast. Good hospitality. Good location.
