Booked a room online, when I arrived I found out the elevator is broken. My room was on the 3rd floor. However I’m traveling with someone who is wheelchair bound. I told them at the front desk that I absolutely could not stay there, because of the elevator issue. They could not refund me directly because it was booked through a travel site, and I had to fight with them (Booking) to get a refund. However this issue could have been avoided if Holiday Inn would charge the same or less for their own hotel. Until you see reviews ... read more
It was ok Elevator was broken down I was 3rd room The hotel give me 1000 ihg credit Room was ok Clean inside Service was ok Only problem was Elevator
Great location close to the highway. Plenty of truck parking. Was a real inconvenience that the elevators did not work. The AC in the room didnt cool the room down to 65(yes I like it cold at night). The unit looked like it had not been cleaned off in months. Had dust and spider webs all over it. The shower had hair all over the inside and out. The toilet never gets wiped down at the outside bottom.

The elevators aren't working. They only had 3rd floor rooms available. That's not the bad part. Had a guest tell me they have been out for a MONTH! WHAT?? The rooms are running down, sink doesn't look like it was cleaned. Not what I expect for a Holiday Inn Express. BTW there is a Staybridge right behind here that is a much better value. You're welcome.
