Wanted to leave a review for our group stay. This hotel met all of our needs and Nikima was wonderful in assisting us with all our requests. Thank you very much for hosting our group
Everything was clean. Good parking. Free breakfast had something for everyone
I booked a room for my family months in advanced. Showed up the day of and was met with the RUDEST manager ever. Then told I would be charged an exuberant fee “living too close”. Then told I would be charged another fee for having children. When I asked if I could cancel my reservations I was told “I guess I can manage that’s since we will be loosing business.” I nearly $500 for a room at the holiday inn?!? That’s insanity!!
