Check in, GREAT! Reservation call, GREAT! Beds GREAT! Cleanliness, GREAT! BUT THEN came breakfast.
Booked ADA 2 Queen Room. The previous occupant smoked in the room prior to our use and we are both allergic to smoke. The hotel cleaning staff failed to notice the stench of tobacco smoke. They did not have another 2 Queen ADA room. My wife, god bless her, choose to sleep on the pull out couch in the room they did have. It did not look comfortable. The entire situation was not handled well. I cannot recommend staying here.
The front desk staff at this hotel is probably the most unacommodating, inflexible, unapproachable, and inhospitable group of people that I have encountered in all of my journeys. Hospitality and loyalty are foreign words to these folk. Given multiple opportunities to put the guest first, the staff continued to dissapoint at every turn.
