Lisa at the front desk is wonderful help, and such a delight to chat with.
Someone walked into our room unannounced at 3:30 in the morning. They walked out when they realized we were in there. Found out a couple of days later it was the security guard. When we complained the best the manager would do was refund the first night because she argued we had a good sleep the second night. Her apologies were empty and extremely rude. I booked the birthday pool party event package for my 9 year old birthday. The hotel was incredibly challenging to deal with. They refused to honor the hotel room rate that was in my contract and told me I would need to pay double what I was quoted. I had to go directly to the hotel manager in order to get the price in my signed contract. The staff were very very rude when dealing with me, it was incredibly frustrating. I stay here almost weekly for work. The location is excellent for me being on the outskirts of the city, avoiding traffic and lights. The staff is amazing and very friendly and always makes sure to greet me and ensure my stay is comfortable. Raj at the front desk is very accommodating and amazing and always there if I need something. Rooms are always clean, towels on point and toiletries immaculate. 5 out 5 will stay here again
I stay at this hotel regularly and find the service exceptional. The staff are all pleasant and ready to accommodate, from the morning breakfast staff to the front desk, Raj in particular.
