The room was clean and well setup. The noise level was reasonable even with kids running and be loud coming back from the pool. The staff that I interacted with upon arrival were helpful, friendly, and informative

The only reason I gave 4 star is because the pool has slime and the water was green . The hot tub had some kind of slime growing off the sides. The rooms are great as is the breakfast and the staff. The PH is way off and it looks like the pool hasn’t being cleaned in a few years. If you don’t care about the pool area great place to go!

I have stayed in several hotels near, or in downtown, Des Moines, Iowa. This hotel is the best! The rooms are very nice and clean with comfortable bedding. The location was ideal for my specific needs. A few cute shops and a Starbucks are across from the parking lot. The breakfast was quite adequate and even better than most hotels. The service was great. Eris deserves a raise in his salary or a promotion for being so helpful and professional.
