The room was updated and spacious. The bed was very comfortable the room was clean. We stayed here due to a snow storm last night so it was in route to our destination. It was a good choice.
Excellent stay at the Danille Holiday Inn. The lady at front desk was very nice and thanked me for being a club member. And got me checked in and answered all my questions. The room looked excellent and the bed was soft, pillows large. The tv and remote worked and they gave a list of the cable channels that are available. The shower did take a while before the hot water started to flow but other than that the room was great. Breakfast was amazing and the lady was keeping everything well stocked. Nicest hotel in the area. Large, clean rooms, spacious bathrooms with big showers, nicely arranged amenities, quiet rooms, no creaking floors, and friendly staff. I do wish the TV's were 4K and larger.
I recently visited Denvil Holiday Inn and Suites. Most of the staff were polite, helpful, and professional. However, I was very disappointed with the attitude of the manager, Matt. He was extremely rude and arrogant, often argumentative and unapproachable. His behavior created an unpleasant experience that overshadowed the otherwise excellent service provided by the rest of the team.
