Great customer service.
The air conditioner made such a racket , like a drill going off, I turned it off. We were tired and it was late so we didn't want to switch rooms. The attendant I. The morning just said she would tell maintenance. No points or discount given. We always stay at IGH , but will not stay here again. Outdated, musty, nothing but a gas station near.
Very clean property. King room is not large but has everything you need: couch, desk, ottoman, office chair, wardrobe, well-placed hooks, long credenza. Mountain side has great views, but a lot of road noise, so choose what matters to you.
